New YouTube Accounts! *IMPORTANT*

Hello my dear friends & subscribers!

Well, as you may have noticed ... my trusty old YouTube accounts have been suspended. Again. Guess I should consider myself lucky, though. My main account, SuperGEM3, lasted almost 2 full years without many problems. Quite an accomplishment, I'd say ... so though I am sad, I am also grateful.

I am mostly upset over losing my 1,600+ subscribers and almost 300 friends ... not to mention all of my own personal subscriptions and favorites, etc. But it's OK. I'll rebuild. I'm actually working hard to rebuild my REAL life right now ... so I suppose I can look at this as just one more difficult and tedious step in that direction LOL.

I'm writing this message to you all as an update, but also to inform you of my unique "rebuilding" plans. Because, I've decided to create not just ONE new YouTube channel, but THREE!

I'm hopeful that this move will help prevent this severe of a blow from ever happening again!

My new main account, which is this one - SuperGEM9- will be where I will post ONLY my music videos (much less likely to cause copyright infringement that will get me suspended again) and maybe a few previews and trailers. It is this account where I hope to rebuild my base of friends and subscribers. So if you want to remain connected with me, which I sincerely hope you do - of course - please SUBSCRIBE to and FRIEND me at SuperGEM9. I will stay in touch with ALL of you that way, and you'll get some nice treats now and then of course.

My second account will be for Smallville/Clois CLIPS. This one, of course, will probably be in the most "danger" of getting suspended in the future ... but since it will just be connected to my main account at SuperGEM9 I won't lose anything other than the uploads and their comments. So if you want to continue to have access to my weekly Clois clips ... SUBSCRIBE to and FRIEND me at SuperGEMClips!

My third account will be a go-between, in a way, because it will be in danger as well but hopefully not as MUCH danger as the CLIPS channel. This one will be strictly for my "infamous" Clois Countdowns. That includes my Top 25 Countdown from Seasons 4 though 7, my Top 50 Countdown from Season 8, the very popular "How Far We've Come" Project, and any future countdowns I may do. Of course I am planning a Countdown for Season 9, and it's going to be TOO GOOD to miss! So if you want to see my Clois Countdowns ... SUBSCRIBE to and FRIEND me at SuperGEMCountdowns.

So there you have it, friends. Three separate YouTube channels with three separate functions, yet still all connected and hopefully easily accessible. I hope this method will work better for me and that you, my friends, won't think it too confusing. I just feel it is the best way for me to continue to bring you the quality videos I have been fortunate enough to make available to you for so many years.

I will be maintaining my policy of manually approving comments to my videos ... but if you add me as a friend on any of these 3 channels of course that means any comments you make will be automatic. As always I will try to approve comments as often and as quickly as I can, but please be patient with me. Now that I'll have 3 channels to manage and not just 1, it may take me a little longer from now on.

Most of my music videos have already been uploaded to SuperGEM9, and I will slowly begin to re-upload videos to both the SuperGEMClips and SuperGEMCountdown channels. Please just be patient and eventually most of your "favorite" videos from me will be back. Not to mention, I plan to begin uploading new Clois clips from this coming Friday's EXCITING NEW episode of Smallville ... so don't worry. I'll be as quick and as thorough as I ever have been with that. At least this time I know if YouTube decides to shut me down, odds are they'll only get one account at a time ... and I can always rebuild. I've done it before, and I'll do it again!

If you know anyone who is looking for my old channels, SuperGEM3 and the backup SuperGEM5, I would be very grateful if you would point them in the direction of the MAIN channel ... SuperGEM9. The other two would be nice as well, but the most important channel for you to connect with in order to insure we won't be separated again is SuperGEM9.

After both of my accounts were suspended earlier today, I won't lie. I considered giving up YouTube altogether. But then I remembered how AMAZING all of my friends & subscribers have been on YouTube over the last 4 years and I realized that I HAD to find a way to continue on. I just want you all to know how much I appreciate your support, feedback and kind words. YOU are the reason why I continue to do this. I am determined to continue and delivery QUALITY Smallvillle and Clois moments to you all, and I am more determined than ever to keep spreading the word about our wonderful show and ship! I am officially EXCITED enough to start COUNTING THE DAYS TO FEBRUARY 5th!!!!!

Hawkman looks INCREDIBLE! So much better than I expected! Just hope it translates well to live action. I am so thankful for my HD-TV ... that's the real test! If those wings look half as good as this on my large TV then they really will have impressed me!

As for the How Far We've Come Project ... a few more e-mails have gone out. I'll post an updated list in the next few days as soon as I send out the next round. Ideally by Thursday, Friday at the latest. Feel free to contact me with any problems ... and PLEASE follow the procedures I posted originally to get the links. I won't be responding to YouTube messages or Blog comments or messages on random sites. You will ONLY get my attention if you send me an e-mail. That's all I ask, I don't think it should be difficult.

How Far We've Come - CHECK this LIST for YOUR NAME!

I have just sent the 5th round of emails to the latest recipients for the HFWC project. So far the links have been sent to 75 people! I am pleased and humbled by your response. I hope everyone is enjoying the video.

I have noticed, however, that less than half of those who have gotten the links have actually downloaded them ... so I want to be certain everything is in order.

Below is a list of the "nicknames," or first names, of everyone who has been e-mailed by me. If your name or nickname is on here and you DID not get the e-mail, first - check your SPAM folder. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

I need to clarify something.

If you want the download information for HFWC ... I NEED you to follow the instructions I gave out from the very beginning. They aren't complicated instructions, either, so I'm not sure why people are having such a hard time with it.

Send me an e-mail - to my G-Mail account. The e-mail MUST have "How Far We've Come" in the subject line. Not "hi" or "Clois" or "download" or anything silly like that ... I get a lot of e-mail, so if the subject line is not clear I will probably overlook it.

I need the e-mail to contain FOUR KEY pieces of information: your name, your e-mail address, your online username/nickname and the social networking site I would know you from (i.e. YouTube, DI, Twitter, etc.).

I also would appreciate you acknowledging the agreement that you will not share the links or passwords for the file with anyone else. As you all know by now, that was my only main request before I agreed to make this available for download.

I've been pretty lenient so far but that stops now. From this point on I will ONLY respond to e-mails that follow the above instructions.

If you have questions, that's fine ... let me know. Just be sure to put "How Far We've Come" in the subject line.

I already have reasons to suspect that people have been untrustworthy, which upsets me beyond belief. I'm very close to deleting the links and the project completely, in fact. I thought I could trust everyone but apparently that is not the case. :(

At any rate ... just want to make it clear from this point forward that I NEED that information from you if I'm going to send you the links and passwords.

It isn't much of me to ask, considering the size of this project and the countless hours of work I'VE put into it.

It takes about one minute for you to write an e-mail with those FOUR basic pieces of information, it shouldn't be that hard.

Round THREE of E-MAILS are SENT!

Round THREE of download e-mails has been sent. This one I was able to send from my G-mail account because there were only 6 recipients. If you believe you should have gotten the e-mail and you did not, check your SPAM folder and if it is not there please e-mail me.

Also, I notice that some people are using my AOL account to contact me. It is understandable since I have sent you guys a few e-mails from there because of G-Mail's strict spam-rules. But I need to make it clear that I DO NOT use that AOL account regularly. On average I sign into it maybe once per month. So you will not get a fast reply if you try to reach me that way. You MUST e-mail me at my G-mail account if you want to get a reply!

I have been very ill for the past week so I may not be sending out another round of e-mails for a little while. So far everyone who has contacted me, as of this moment, should be taken care of. Just wanted to let the rest of you know that if there is a delay in the next round of e-mails it isn't because I'm ignoring you. It's because I'm not feeling well enough to do the work. Hope you understand. Rest assured that everyone who e-mails me with the information requested WILL get the links & passwords!

The SECOND ROUND of e-mails has been sent out to people who got their request in after I mailed out the first round on Dec. 23rd!

Again, I had to send the e-mails from my AOL account ...

Be sure to check your SPAM folders if you don't see it in your INBOX. If you believe you should have gotten an e-mail and it is not in your SPAM folder, send me an e-mail at supergem3[at]gmail.com and I'll get back to you ASAP.

IMPORTANT!... the MEGAUPLOAD link in the FIRST ROUND of e-mails for Part Six was INCORRECT. A few of you have contacted me about this and I have replied to those e-mails, but to those who haven't had a chance to download yet E-MAIL ME FOR THE CORRECT LINK if you need it. Or just use Rapidshare.

THANK YOU to Vi, who was the first person to alert me to the problem! :)

The Rapidshare link for Part Six WAS correct, so people have been able to successfully download the full video file using that link.

As far as I know, there are no other technical issues with the links or the video. If you do run across any problems, though, please let me know!

As you all know, the video file is password protected and you can't get the video without the other 11 parts ... which is why I have no issue with posting this ONE link here. Anyone who doesn't have the other links or the passwords won't be able to do anything with this link anyway. ;)

A reminder ... there are TWO PASSWORDS. One to open the Word document, and one to unzip the video file. The password you need to unzip the video file is INCLUDED in the Word document - in the last paragraph.

Do NOT share the passwords with other fans. If I learn that these passwords have been leaked I'll delete the links, the project and future fans will lose out. I am monitoring the downloads so if there is any unusual activity, I WILL know.
